Viewpoint

Viewpoint is a 560 sqm home located within the Metropolitan Green. The wider scheme includes stable buildings, equine exercise areas and a sand school. The design re-imagines traditional agricultural forms, drawing inspiration from and mirroring the arrangement of neighbouring vernacular buildings. A material palette which includes bespoke corrugated aluminium cladding echoes the simple, large-format agricultural structures typical of the area.Energy efficiency is achieved through high levels of insulation, PV panels, batteries, and MVHR. A comprehensive landscaping scheme restores former tree-lined shaws and consolidates previous sporadic developments on the site. Reintegrating the 109-acre property into the wider landscape and enhancing biodiversity. The scheme also boasts a fresh water natural pool which allows for year round clean swimming.
